Braulio went above and beyond when my car broke down in Brenham needing to be towed back to Huntsville. He did show up right on time towed my car allowing my daughter and I to ride back with him which not all wrecker services will do and got us home. They are fantastic, and made an extremely stressful situation for this single mom just a little less stressful. They definitely provide quick, Reliable, friendly and reasonable service.

Blown Rear Tire on our daughter's Toyota 12 south of Huntsville and stranded in the center median on I-45 with vehicles whisking by at 80+ MPH. so freaking scary. Braulio to the rescue! He was calm, reassuring. quick and professional. Got her out of that situation safely and the auto into Discount Tire for a quick repair. So grateful for his help and courage in that awful position on the freeway. Blessing to you and your family.

Car broke down on 19; midway between Riverside and Huntsville. We are elderly and not adept with cell phone. Driver, Pete, understand and spoke with us on phone rather than text. Pete also found us even though we could not give much details of our location since we were far from signs and exit identification. Pete arrived when he said and did good job. Noticed he smoked but not in cab which made it nice for us allergic to smoke.
